Well, I have been away from the forum for a bit. I have been go overing the different providers, and have made my decision. This decision was based on both my experiences with the service itself, the type of service that I received from the company, the pricing, and apparent ease of the platform used.
I am going with VTWhite Private Label VoIP right now. I am in the process of finding a domain that I want to use, and then just need to get the account created. This Private Label VoIP program seems to be the simplest to start, and allows for a decent profit margin. All you really need to do is focus on the branding and marketing of the site. ViaTalk takes care of the rest…..from customer support, billing, provisioning, and shipping. This takes care of most of the overhead typically incurred when starting your own Internet Phone service. It is not the same as their Wholesale option, but that is something that i am may take a look further in to once my knowledge of VoIP increases, and I know I have the marketplace for that type of investment.
I will get a little further into the program, I just wanted to announce who I decided on starting this venture with. Please let me know what questions you may have about VT White’s VoIP reseller program.

I know this article is a bit dated, but when I took a look at it, it had some good marketing tips for anyone looking into Private Label VoIP Reselling. It was located on “America’s Network”, and discusses how price point is the most important factor when a consumer chooses what Internet Phone Service provider to use. I find it interesting how a price too low can affect an individuals perception of quality.
While I am looking at the best marketing strategies for my VoIP Reseller plans, this article definitely got me thinking about the which VoIP Reseller Program has the best opportunity, based on the prices I will be able to offer. My Private Label VoIP business will be affected largely by what I am able to offer as far as price, and what type of profit margin is obtainable.

Looking for some more information on VoIP Reseller programs I came across another location for what looks like great information. The company that is providing the 80 Page FREE information Guide is ShorTel, and this information is on VoIP itself, but can give a person a great start on learning the technology, and what it involves. This guide defines system components, identifies network requirements, explains important standards, describes deployment options.
“ShoreTel is a leading provider of IP telephony solutions worldwide and well known for exceptional customer satisfaction. Since 1998, ShoreTel voice systems have been designed to make businesses smarter, setting new standards for usability and manageability while reducing telecommunications costs.”
I thought this might be very helpful for anyone that is starting a Private Label VoIP venture in the same place that I did, with a little knowledge about the technology. I have ordered my copy, and hope this comes in handy for some of the people that come across this blog.

I was doing some research on VoIP reseller programs, and I came across a section of TMCNet that is dedicated to the VoIP Reseller business…..called the VoIP Reseller Channel. This section contains the latest news, articles, and case studies on VoIP Resellers, products and trends. This looks like a great place to keep informed on the industry, and also learn about the technology surrounding it. Through this section you can also sign up for email alerts on Internet Telephony, VoIP Resellers, VoIP Developers, Communications Solutions, PR/Marketing News, and other topics that can be beneficial to anyone new to the industry.
I thought this website would be a nice beginning for someone looking for information regarding VoIP Reselling Programs, and the Internet Phone indistry itself. I hope this infor is helpful, and let me know if there are other similar sites to review.

TalkSwitch is focused on providing small businesses with Internet Phone service, and this is not my primary focus, but I thought would make a mention. This company appears to gain some favorable reviews, and would be a nice fit for someone looking for a voip reseller program based on small business. They don’t give you much information on their website, and ask you to apply for more info. I am not really going to focus on the small business side of VoIP Reselling, so I didn’t want to waste their time….but I thought I would ake a mention to make anyone aware of this.
My Private Label VoIP business is soon to make some good headway, and I am getting “all of the ducks in a row” as they say. Being a VoIP reseller is going to involve a lot more than I thought, but I still know it will be worth it.

Still searching for the right VoIP reseller program while mapping out the best business strategy, and I wanted to briefly throw deltathree’s private label voip offering into the blog. The have several different platforms for their reseller programs; Call Shop Solution, Calling Card Solution, Call back Solution, and the Prepaid Home Solution.
The one program that I think best fits into what i want to do is the Call Shop Solution. This is their private label solution, and looks to be back up by a solid network infrastructure. Deltethree has what they call the Least Cost Routing System, that allows for the user to receive the best network solution and lowest cost by finding the best routing solution to send a call. Also, the features that they include with the VoIP reseller program are solid, and just what you need to be successful.
The billing and pricing structure is flexible, and allows you to choose between the product offerings you would like to include in your Internet Phone service, and how much profit you wuold like to make. Billing features include per minute charges, different calling account increments, rounding, access fees, monthly recurring charges (MRC), customized price plans, and more. deltathree’s online billing software gives you the ability to choose what rates to bill customers, print invoices, and view Call Detail Records (CDRs), all in real-time.
The hardware and software support is a very wide range of options. You should be able to provide this service for any VoIP device on the market today…..adapters, ip phones, softphones, etc.
This looks like a possible VoIP reseller program to choose. I am going to do a little more research into their residential Internet Phone Service, iConnectHere. I will also take a look at deltathree’s situatin as well.
I am hoping I am very near the start of my Private Label VoIP reseller business. But I know I need to be patience so its done correctly.

I just wanted to make a note of Broadvox Broadband Phone Company. This VoIP Company seems to be very focused on delivering a quality and reliable Internet Phone Service for resellers to provide. Founded in 2001, they have spent a long time developing a U.S. VoIP network, and their wholesale products. Broadvox looks like It is more focused on the larger Private Label VoIP reseller situation….but there aren’t a lot of guidleines on their website.
As far as the wholesale Internet Phone Services they provide…..all the VoIP Origination and VoIP termination needed to provide a full service Internet Phone Service. Broadvox also mentions that it is an evolving suite of VoIP Reselling products, which makes me wonder when it will be fully developed, or if it is.
I am going to jump into this VoIP Reseller program a little further and do some rezsearch, just thought it was worth a mention.

It seems that more and more VoIP Resellers are popping up as I search the Interent for possible voip reseller programs. Gafachi is one that I came across today, and the have a real basic website. According to it, Gafachi was founded in 2001, and the core is its revolutionary SoftSwitch technology developed in-house. The GSS(Gafachi SoftSwitch) was built from the ground up, and provides “unparalleled reliablity and troubleshooting capabilities”.
Gafachi’s VoIP Reseller program includes VoIP US Termination, VoIP International Termination, VoIP DID Origination, and VoIP Toll Free Origination. Their website also gives you different levels at which you can purchase based upon minutes per month being used for the account….with larger discounts being made available for the larger amount of minutes you commit to. It is also nice to see that they are utilizing T.38 fax support, which is a nice addition to Internet Phone Service users.
This program is fairly straight forward, and looks as though it is geared for people entering into a larger Private Label VoIP business. Its great to take a look at the website, and see what options and discounts are available to see where your business may fit in to their discount levels.

I was searching Google for new new on Private Label VoIP service, and I cam across an Internet Phone Service provider that I had not seen before….wIPPhone. They have four different levels of VoIP Reseller programs available; Basic, Silver, Platinum, and Affiliate. I would be most interested in looking at the Basic, Silver, and Platinum VoIP reseller programs. These are more tailored toward running your own Internet Phone Service Industry, rather than just sending business towards their company.
The Basic program seem to be just a bit higher level than the Affiliate, but gives you the wholesale prices. This level however, does not give you the opportunity to really service the customers, which has its advantages. But if you want to run your own VoIP business, than this would be a big part of that.
The Silver Package VoIP reseller program looks to be more of what I am looking to do. This package includes a larger discount on hardware, larger inital discount for the service, and technical training.
The Platinum Package is the largest and most involved reseller program. It is tailored toawrds larger organizations and high-powered entrepreneurs who have the infrastructure and capability to exploit the VoIP opportunity and want to generate a recurring income from their customer base. This VoIP reseller program also allows for some marketing help, and certified training for 3rd level support.
wIPPhone is an interesting looking opportunity for anyone looking to get into the VoIP Reseller market. I just have a questions about their network, and if it is a reliable Internet Phone Service to begin with. It doesnt have the name some of the other Internet Phone resellers have, but it is worth a look.

As I was doing some research regarding VoIP reseller programs, I came across TMCNet.com, and older articles written by Rich Tehrani. The pages that I came across just gives some insight into what the VoIP reseller plans were about 2 years ago, and gives three brief descriptions of what the experts were thinking back then. I just found it to be some intereseting reading, although short…..and also the site itself can help beginners get a little famaliar with the Interenet Phone Service industry itself.
TMCNet.com also is giving some descriptions regard the Internet Telephony Conference & Expo that is happening on February 22-25. The topics covered at this event looks like it can give a great insight to the VoIP technology and give a prospective Private Label VoIP service reseller the information needed to stay current in this business. There seems to be a great session on marketing VoIP, and how it is doen correctly. This could be a big advantage when choosing which Internet Phone service provider to resell, because it will go over the perceptions consumers have regarding pricing and offerings.
I’m not going to be able to attend this event, but it would be interesting to hear from anyone that did, and mention some of the things that may have learned that could help any VoIP reseller, or anyone looking at the newest news from the VoIP Industry itself. I will make sure to keep tabs on this website, as there is news and blogs to let everyone no what is coming out the conference.
I am going to keep learning so I can make the correct choice and start with the best VoIP Reseller Program in the market today. Hope to hear from some more current VoIP resellers about their experiences.
